Volunteer Mods?

I saw in the advertisement that Mirabilia also allows 'volunteer mods'? I was just wondering what that was, and I didnt feel like spamming the cbox (:

Volunteer mods are members who want to help lighten the load from the staff and mod some other members threads. Since we dont have very many members and we've officially taken on a third staff member, we aren't going to encourage volunteer modding just yet.
